Build the workflow in four moves.

Define the reusable method
Create a Project with prompts, worksheet Pages, and reference material. Define Variables for the client, audience, goals, and constraints, and map compatible prompt inputs to them.

Preview your starting point
Use this Project shows what will be copied, what stays connected, and what is excluded. Pages and Todos are copied by default; prompts and reference material stay connected unless their copy settings say otherwise.

Make the context yours
Fill your private Project’s Variables. If useful, explicitly choose a parent Project to reuse its Variables. Check prompt readiness and fill any missing inputs before a run.

Build a record of the work
Keep relevant conversations, save outputs to Results, and associate Todos with the Project. Return through My Projects to resume the work or mark it completed.

A client content playbook
Keep a launch-planning prompt and review worksheet in a reusable Project. Make a private instance for each client, fill their audience and brand voice, and develop their drafts. Chats and results from the starting Project do not carry into the new instance.
Start small. Save the version that works, then add detail when the workflow earns it.
