As a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, I was a key contributor to the Reactor™ Implicit Testing Research platform. This platform facilitates targeted experiments to measure audience experience through end-to-end services for designing, conducting, and analyzing implicit response data worldwide. The tests are optimized for speed and performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• Joined the company as a Software developer. Within the first year my organizational skills were noticed and I started managing our DevOps scrums.
• After two years I was promoted to Lead Developer, overseeing a team of programmers, including the programming founders, and new developers. Responsibilities included organizing releases, helping out with pair programming, and managing features for quality assurance testing.
• In 2022 I was promoted to Director of Innovation where I worked closely with our team of Scientists and relevant teams to flush out requirements for new testing modalities and then implement them into the product.
