Make repeatable work easier to find and reuse

Version 33 brings more control to saved searches, source selection, and Project workspaces.

Search Circles and saved filters

Search Circles created or updated through connected AI tools can now keep their search definition: titles, descriptions, tags, Circle types, visibility, people, sort order, result limits, and result layout. Filters are validated against the accessible Circles in the account, so a saved search stays focused without granting access or automatically selecting every result.

AI Prompt source pickers

In an AI Prompt Circle, File and circle-mode Connect variables can use saved filters to narrow the Circles a person can choose from. The same source-picker definition can be reused when a Prompt Variable is imported, while each copy can be adjusted independently. The picker guides selection; it does not silently attach results to the prompt.

Project Circles as workspaces

Project Circles now have a clearer public explanation and a more useful starting point. A Project can keep Variables, prompts, Pages and other resources, Todos, conversations, and saved Results together, so you can return to one piece of work without rebuilding its context.

Reusable Projects and prompt runs

From the Project guide, you can see what a reusable Project copies, what remains connected, and what is excluded. Choose a Project for a compatible prompt, review the filled Variables, change inputs for that run without changing the saved Project, then keep useful conversations, outputs, and next actions with the workspace.

Public Project discovery

The homepage, content-type pages, workflow guides, and Project library now explain how Projects fit into client work, brand content, and focused research. You can browse public Projects, create your own, and understand how connected Circles keep their separate access settings.

Clearer recovery screens

When a page is missing, access is unavailable, or content cannot load, the recovery screen now explains the situation and offers a sensible next step: reload when appropriate, search MyiWorlds, or return home. These messages also make shared-link and account-access problems easier to understand.

Together, Version 33 makes saved Circle discovery more precise and gives ongoing work a clearer, reusable home in Projects.
