Project Circles for organized work

Create a Project Circle as a dedicated workspace for a real initiative, client, research area, or recurring workflow. Add existing Circles as members, arrange them into sections, and open the Project later from your Project library instead of rebuilding the same working set each time.

Project setup and membership

When creating a Project Circle, set its name, status, pin it for quick access, and choose which Circles belong in the workspace. You can also add new Circle drafts while setting up the Project, then save the complete setup together when you choose Create Project.

Project Variables for reusable context

Project Variables hold the facts your Prompts should reuse—such as a company profile, audience, offer, or research brief. Add written values or connect relevant Circles, see which Prompt variables are ready, and update the shared details from the Project workspace.

Using Prompts inside a Project

Open an AI Prompt with a selected Project to fill its variables from the Project Variables and keep the prompt run associated with that workspace. Required details are surfaced before you start, while optional defaults remain available when a Project does not provide a value.

Prompt runs and saved results

⠀

Project work now keeps a useful history of Prompt runs. Review recent conversations, see whether a run has an outcome, keep a conversation in the Project, and save useful results back to the Project or another destination.

Project library and reuse

The Projects screen gives you one place to find your own, shared, and pinned Projects. Search by name, filter by status, continue a conversation, open a workspace, or use an accessible Project as the starting point for your own private copy.
