Released August 27, 2026 · Page Circles gain clearer nested creation and responsive editing, while Video Circles accept MP4 uploads with safer playback and Link and Search Circles provide clearer media previews and mobile actions.
This release makes it easier to build structured Pages, bring your own video into MyiWorlds, and understand linked media at a glance.
When you add a child inside a Page Circle, the create action now makes the destination explicit. You can create a new Circle directly in the Page you are editing, or choose another Page when that is where the new work belongs.
The Page editor also keeps the surrounding layout visible while you work. On wide screens, inspectors dock beside the editor; at smaller sizes, editing controls move into a floating panel or bottom drawer so the content remains usable.
⠀
In the Page editor, spacer rows and display settings now have clearer screen-size controls. You can adjust how a spacer behaves across phone, tablet, desktop, and wide layouts, preview the result at the relevant size, and make layout changes without losing your place.
Empty and joined Page layouts also expose clearer insertion actions, while undo and redo help you recover from an accidental edit.
⠀
In a Video Circle, the editor now accepts an MP4 upload as well as a YouTube or video URL. Choose a file, see the upload progress, and save the Circle when it is ready. The editor records the video duration and, when the header has no existing media, can capture an early frame as a thumbnail.
Uploaded files show their plan limits and are treated as saved media, so you know what can be changed before creating a replacement Video Circle.
⠀
Saved uploaded videos now play through a temporary viewing address rather than exposing their permanent storage address. This applies in the Video Circle viewer, Circle headers, Page previews, and other places where video media is shown.
Video search results and Circle previews can also identify the available thumbnail and playback state more reliably, so an uploaded Video Circle remains understandable when discovered outside its full page.
⠀
A Link Circle pointing to YouTube can now show a recognizable video preview with its title, description, thumbnail, and a direct “Watch on YouTube” action. In the editor, the preview gives you a clearer indication of the destination; in the viewer, the media can open in an in-page player.
When a Link Circle does not have its own selected header image, a safe YouTube thumbnail can provide the visual preview automatically.
⠀
Search Circles now behave more naturally on mobile: opening a result replaces the list view until you go back, giving the selected Circle more room without losing the search context.
The Todo dashboard also has a consistent add action available from its current list or calendar view, so you can create a Todo Circle for the right bucket or date without hunting through the page.
⠀
The result is a more capable everyday workspace: Pages are easier to shape, Video Circles can start from your own files, and linked media is clearer wherever you find it.
