Todo Circles: linked checklists

Add existing Todo Circles to another Todo's checklist from the Todo editor or the Todos workspace. Linked rows keep their connection, open the original Todo, and stay synchronized when you check them off or reopen them.

Todo Circles: nested work

Expand linked checklist rows to see the next levels of work without leaving the parent Todo. Loops are handled safely, and deeper work remains one click away through Open Todo.

Todos workspace: drag to schedule

On the Todos calendar, drag a Todo to another date to reschedule it while preserving its time and reminder behavior. Drag a Todo onto another Todo's checklist to add it as linked work, with a clear drop target and immediate feedback.

Todo Circles: reorder and promote

In a Todo's checklist, use the drag handle to reorder rows directly, or continue using the row menu to move, edit, delete, or turn a checklist step into its own Todo. The same checklist tools are available when creating a Todo quickly.

Page Circles: smoother list editing

In Page Circles, long lists can auto-scroll while you drag an entry toward the visible edge, including on touch devices. On smaller screens, item actions stay compact and reachable; on desktop, the drag handle appears when you hover a list item.

Public Circle pages: reliable reading

Public and signed-out Circle pages now use the document for scrolling and keep navigation anchored to the viewport. Long public pages are easier to read, and moving between public Circles no longer leaves you stranded at an unexpected scroll position.

AI Prompt Circles: clearer choices

Long option labels in AI Prompt Circles fit more reliably in their Switch controls, so the choices remain readable when you fill in a prompt.
