Plan work with richer Todo Circles

Todo Circles now make recurring work, reminders, and linked checklists easier to manage from one place.

Todo Circles: recurring schedules and reminders

In the Todo Circle editor and viewer, use Repeats to set daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly schedules. Weekly tasks can use selected weekdays, and monthly tasks can use a chosen day with sensible handling for shorter months. Completing a repeating Todo automatically schedules its next occurrence.

Use Reminder to choose a time relative to the due date—such as the due day, the day before, or an hour before—or select a custom date and time. Reminders follow due-date changes when appropriate and appear as in-app notifications.

Todo Circles: editable and linked checklists

Todo Circles now include an inline Checklist where you can add, edit, check off, reorder, and remove steps. Use Link todo to search for existing Todo Circles and attach them as checklist rows; linked rows open the original Todo Circle.

For a checklist step that deserves its own tracking, choose Make it a todo. The new Todo Circle keeps the step's text and completion state while remaining connected to the parent checklist.

Search Circles: choose your results layout

On the Search Circle screen, choose how results are displayed with compact cards, larger cards, or horizontal list layouts. The result density, grouping, media sizing, and owner details adjust together so the view stays readable at different sizes.

Search action bars can also be shown or hidden from the display controls. Your choice is remembered, making it easier to keep Search focused on browsing or ready for quick actions.

AI Chat: dock or detach the chat panel

On wider screens, AI Chat now opens attached to the right side of the app so your conversation stays beside the Circle you are working with. Use the panel control to detach it into a movable, resizable window, or dock it again when you want a tighter workspace.

The chat actions also make it clearer when a saved response becomes a Text Circle, AI Prompt Circle, or Code Circle. Mobile Chat remains full-screen for a focused conversation.

Mobile navigation: faster access to Todos and quick entry

The mobile navigation now includes a dedicated Todos destination, with the selected label and icon lifting into view so the active location is easier to spot. Press and hold Create to open Todo quick add, while a normal tap still opens the regular Circle creation screen.

Together, these updates make it easier to plan repeating work, connect the steps that belong together, and keep Search and AI Chat arranged around the way you work.
