Make your Circles easier to reuse, find, and combine

This release makes saved searches more useful and lets prompts work with richer Circle inputs.

Save to Search gets a guided destination flow

When you use Save to and choose a Search Circle, the destination picker now keeps the selected Search visible and makes it clear what will happen next. In the save dialog, MyiWorlds checks the Circle against that Search’s filters before changing anything.

You can see which conditions already match, select suggested fixes such as adding the Search’s missing tags or sharing the Circle with yourself, and apply only the changes you choose. If a Search requires public content, the dialog explains that choice before you make it. This helps a Circle land in the Search you intended instead of silently disappearing from its results.

Search Circles can describe more precise results

In the Search Circle editor and Search screen, filters now cover more of the information people use to find work: owners, Todo assignees, statuses, priorities, due dates, Circle types, and tags. Saved Search settings also make it clearer when tags are used both to filter results and to prefill new Circles added from that Search.

For Todo searches, you can narrow results by the person responsible as well as by task state and timing. The result is a more useful saved view for a project, client, or recurring workflow.

AI Prompt and Prompt Variable Circles can use Circle collections

In AI Prompt and Prompt Variable editors, a Circle variable can now accept an ordered collection of Circles instead of being limited to one selection. You can combine different supported Circle types, keep their order, add or remove selections, and work with the collection from the same variable control.

This is useful when a prompt needs several references together, such as a brief plus examples, multiple research notes, or a group of related tasks. The prompt receives recognizable Circle details so each selected reference remains distinguishable.

File attachments are easier to recognize inside prompts

When an AI Prompt variable includes Image, Video, Audio, or File Circles, the variable viewer now shows attachment labels and previews where the file can be displayed. You can open an image preview and still see the filename and media type for other attachments.

The same attachment identity carries into AI Chat, making it easier to tell which file a prompt is referring to when several files are included. Empty media titles also fall back to the attachment filename, so an uploaded file does not appear as an anonymous block.

Templates and quick entry follow the same Circle choices

Template quick entry and related creation controls now use the same broader Circle-variable behavior. When a workflow asks for referenced Circles, you can work with the supported Circle types and preserve the selected collection instead of rebuilding the selection one reference at a time.

That keeps repeated entries aligned with the way you already assemble prompts and saved-search workflows.

A clearer path from one Circle to a working view

Together, these changes connect three everyday actions: choose a Search destination, make a Circle satisfy that Search’s real filters, and pass a deliberate set of Circles or files into a prompt. You can now organize information into reusable views and give AI tools more precise context with fewer manual steps.

You get more control over where a Circle appears, what a saved Search includes, and which references a prompt receives.
