Find and manage Circles with more clarity

Owner context, richer Todo controls, and more reliable public profile discovery make everyday work easier to pick up and continue.

Search and Circle headers

Where: Search results and the header of every Circle.

What changed: Search results now show a compact owner byline with a profile preview, and Search can filter by Circle owner. Circle headers distinguish the owner from the person who created the Circle, while long tag rows can be expanded or collapsed.

What you can do: See who owns a Circle before opening it, narrow Search to the Circles you need, open an owner’s profile from the byline, and click tags or locations without accidentally opening the surrounding result.

Todo dashboard and Todo Circles

Where: The Todos dashboard and each Todo row.

What changed: Selecting a Todo opens a focused details dialog. Owners can edit the Todo there, while other viewers can read its details or open the full Circle page. Todo rows now keep status, due date, and priority controls close to the task, and keyboard activation returns focus to the row after the dialog closes.

What you can do: Review or edit a Todo without losing your place in the dashboard, change its status, due date, or priority inline, and use the full-page view when you need deeper Circle work.

Creating Todo Circles

Where: The Add Todo dialog.

What changed: Quick creation now supports an optional details area, due date, priority, assignee, tags, and references in one form. Long titles are capped with clear guidance to move longer notes into Details, and the form keeps your edits instead of reseeding while you work.

What you can do: Capture a short task title, add the useful context and ownership immediately, and save a more complete Todo Circle without rebuilding the task afterward.

Profiles and liked Circles

Where: Profile likes and public profile pages.

What changed: Liked Circles reuse the same media presentation as Search, so image and other media previews stay consistent with the rest of the app. Public profile rendering no longer depends on a self-request to the deployed site.

What you can do: Recognize liked media Circles more quickly and open public profiles reliably when browsing or sharing them.

Public Circle discovery

Where: The public sitemap used by search engines.

What changed: Public profile and Circle metadata is prepared directly for the sitemap, including the Circle fields needed for public discovery.

What you can do: Reach public profiles and public Circles through cleaner discovery paths while private Circles remain outside the public surface.

The combined result is a clearer way to find the right Circle, work through Todos, and continue from public profiles and liked media.
