The Todos page brings active Todo Circles into one focused workspace. It is separate from general Search, so checking what needs doing does not require rebuilding the same Todo filters each time.

👥 Assign ownership on a Todo Circle

A Todo Circle can include an assignee, making it clear who owns the next step when a Page, project, client record, or shared workflow involves more than one person.

🧮 Workload buckets with useful counts

Todo Circles are grouped into practical status and timing buckets with totals. You can spot overdue, active, upcoming, completed, or otherwise grouped work before opening individual Todos.

✏️ Keep Todo details close to the task

Todo viewing and editing continue to work together, so status, priority, due date, assignment, and the linked Circle context remain easy to reach.

🌍 Public Circle pages are easier to discover

Public Circle pages now provide clearer page titles and descriptions when shared or indexed. This helps public Text, Page, AI Prompt, App, and other viewable Circles communicate what they contain before someone opens them.

🔒 Private Circles stay out of public page data

The public-page improvements include strict handling for private Circles, so discoverability work does not turn private titles or content into public page information.
