Midjourney parameter: Quality

Quality is like setting how much effort Midjourney puts into making your first set of images. With lower quality settings, it's similar to drawing a quick sketch. It takes less time, so you see results faster, but there might be fewer details. This option is great when you want to try lots of ideas quickly without using much GPU time. On the other hand, higher quality is like making a detailed painting. It requires more time and effort, so you might see more textures and details. However, it can sometimes make things look a bit off if too much is added. By default, the quality level is 1, and it only affects your initial image generation, not the later variations or upscales. In Midjourney version 6.1, you can choose quality values of 0.5, 1, or 2. For versions 6, 5.2, and Niji 5, the options are 0.25, 0.5, and 1. Adjust these settings according to your needs and see how they impact your creative process! https://docs.midjourney.com/hc/en-us/articles/32176522101773-Quality
